Hi, I’m Jean. I help nonprofits raise more by fixing the systems behind the ask.
I built All Systems Go because nonprofits deserve more than good advice
and a report that sits on a shelf.
With more than 21 years of experience inside Bucks County nonprofits, I help leaders turn what they already know, and what we uncover together, into practical action. I work alongside small and mid-sized teams to stabilize revenue, strengthen donor relationships, clean up systems,
and build tools people can actually use.
That might mean a stronger appeal, a clearer case for support, a better donor journey, a board-friendly fundraising plan, a cleaner CRM workflow, or practical AI support that saves time without adding chaos.
It might mean all of the above.
I do not believe in parachute consulting. I believe in clear language, useful systems, ethical tools, and hands-on support that helps your mission move.
