I work with small to mid-sized nonprofit organizations (especially in Bucks County and Southeastern PA) that need practical fundraising, donor communications, and systems support. If you’re juggling development, donor engagement, and a CRM with a small team (or no team), I’m built for that.


A fractional Director of Development is part-time fundraising leadership: you get experienced strategy and hands-on execution without hiring a full-time employee.


Depending on what you need, I may lead your fundraising plan, build a donor stewardship and retention system, strengthen appeals and donor communications, launch or refresh monthly giving, or clean up your CRM and reporting so you can manage donors with confidence. We set clear goals, a monthly cadence, and a written scope so you know exactly what’s included. 


I don’t serve as an interim Executive Director. My lane is development, communications, and the systems that support revenue.

Some clients want a steady partner month after month; others bring me in for a one-time project like a development audit, major gifts plan, appeal package, donor stewardship reset, AI workshop, or a CRM transition/cleanup. Yes. My AI training is for real humans, not engineers. You’ll learn how to use AI safely and ethically for nonprofit work (like drafting donor emails, turning notes into a clean report, or creating first-pass social content) without needing to code. You just need curiosity, and maybe a little relief from doing everything the hard way.


I’m here to make things easier, not add more to your plate. I bring a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on support, and a sense of humor. You can expect clear communication, no jargon, and work that actually gets done. I'm not about busywork or bloated plans. I’m about progress you can feel.


Fractional development leadership retainers typically range from $4,000–$9,000/month, depending on scope, complexity, and the organization’s existing capacity.  (Most retainers include a set meeting cadence plus agreed deliverables and light async support.) 

AI training ranges from $1,000–$2,500 per session, based on the number of attendees and the complexity of the training.

Strategy calls and executive working sessions start at $199.

One-time projects (audits, custom toolkits, campaigns, CRM/workflow builds) are scoped and quoted after a short discovery call.

Packages and rates are reviewed regularly and may change.

Retainers and projects begin with a written scope so expectations are clear.

Fractional support requires a 6-month minimum. Here’s why: the first month is typically assessment + quick wins, months 2–3 are implementation (systems, communication cadence, donor workflows), and months 4–6 are where consistency and results show up. A shorter timeline usually creates a lot of activity without sustainable change.

During a transition, I focus on continuity in the areas that protect revenue: donor stewardship and retention, appeals and communications, CRM hygiene and reporting, and a clear weekly plan. I can also help your new hire ramp faster with documentation, templates, and a clean handoff.


My role is development and communications support — not interim executive leadership. Most transition engagements work best with a 6-month minimum so there’s enough time to stabilize, implement, and onboard your new hire well. It is an investment you will not regret.
